Merging Traditional and Digital Media: How Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City is Succeeding

Healthcare has been a hot topic in the news in the last year. So how do you approach a large market segment that is uninsured and has strong perceptions about healthcare insurance? What do you call the product? How do you take it to market?

Learn how Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City has generated thousands of new members by using text messaging and traditional media to create a completely new lead generation and sales channel.
