Position Description:
The Marketing Program Specialist -
Customers
reports to the Manager of Sector Marketing Programs. The Marketing
Program Specialist - Customers works closely with sales, business
development,
product management, marketing, and other teams to plan, execute, manage,
and measure marketing programs that create demand and build loyalty
within
the existing Perceptive Software customer base.
- Properly charter, document, monitor,
and
analyze the results of customer marketing programs; report program
results
and recommend adjustments to strategies and tactics, as necessary.
- Complete customer engagement
activities
as directed by the Marketing Program Manager, Customers including
attending
and leading regional user groups, conducting customer interviews and
surveys,
and other activities.
- Monitor key demand generation and
revenue
goals; report on performance.
- Manage marketing program costs
within the
established budget.
The successful candidate must:
Be able to understand
and translate highly
technical information to a lay community
Be able to
prioritize, delegate and manage
multiple, potentially conflicting, tasks
Be able to
work effectively with a creative
workforce
- Have 1-3 years of demand
generation, marketing
program, and/or channel marketing experience at a technology company;
demonstrate
proven results
- Have industry-specific knowledge
in assigned
area; past experience with Net Promoter programs is a plus
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
where ambiguity is common and individual initiative is critical
