Position: Day and
Night Field Service Supervisor
Field Services Supervisors
primary responsibilities will be direct supervision of telephone
interviewing
and field operations of other market research projects. Also,
responsible for quality control of the data collection process of
Interviewers
and manages problem resolution regarding data collection and
interviewing.
As supervisor, this person will be responsible for discipline,
scheduling
and training Interviewers to follow appropriate methods.
Specific job tasks include,
but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervise and coordinate
activities of workers engaged in telephone interviewing and other data
collection activities in the field.
- Train, motivate,
and monitor performance of Interviewers
- Effectively manage
program modules in the CATI system
- Effectively manage
the use of the predictive dialer system
- Communicate with
management to resolve problems and expedite work
- Flexible weekly
hours required both day and night
The ideal candidate for the
Field Services Supervisor would have the following skills, experience
and achievements:
- Clear speaking voice
- Excellent interpersonal
skills
- Fluency in English,
especially grammar
- Strong Computer
Skills
- Experience with
MS Word and Excel
- Minimum typing speed
of 40 wpm
- Associates degree
- Prior experience
with running CATI phone room
- Excellent work and
personal references
Preferred, but not required:
- Customer service
background
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- IT experience
This is a part-time hourly
position which will be performed on an as needed project-to-project
basis. Benefits include educational reimbursement, and 401K matching.
No moving expenses will be
covered.
